YES! My BFFL Adam. I haven't seen him since 2010, the last time I went home, and I don't have an ETA of when I'll see him again. :\ We've been friends since he was 6 and I was 7.

So 2 Broke Girls has been cancelled and I'm bummed about it. Not because the show was good anymore, quite the opposite. But I was looking forward to the possibilities of next season with Max being engaged to Randy and Caroline being with... whoever that dude was. I'm pretty sure the writers had an idea of what was coming and wrote the last couple episodes that way, or at least the finale because Randy popped up outta nowhere for the last episode and proposed.

I figured they'd get at least one more season but I suppose renegotiations would have been a bitch for them and would have cost the network too much money versus what they were making off it since it's already in syndication. Beth just released a book and I'm sure Kat could do just about whatever she wants now. I hope she can land another show, honestly. The best part of the show definitely has to be the friendship between Kat and Beth, tho. They even released the same statement!

I'm super happy and relieved that Speechless was renewed. That show is heartwarming without being saccharine, snarky without being rude or gross. I love everyone in that cast.

Once Upon a Time fans? Uh sorry, dudes. I don't know what the fuck to think about that whole debacle.

Who else caught the Riverdale finale? Was anyone else really hoping that Archie was the one to get shot? I honestly wondered for a split second if the show would veer wildly into left field and have the show be about everyone except him because goddammit he's fucking useless. And they'd better not kill off Fred!

I read an interview today where someone from the show compared the finale to Batman watching his parents being murdered and I was like, "OKAY OKAY, CALM DOWN, THIS IS ARCHIE FUCKING ANDREWS YOU FUCKHEADS".

I might have to take a break tonight from writing. I want to but I don't know if my brain can take it.

Yay Speechless being renewed. That show is great. It doesn't condescend to the norm.

I kinda of saw Fred being murdered coming because of the buy out but I was hoping Archie took that bullet instead. I hope Fred doesn't dies.

I don't THINK they'll officially kill off Fred because then Archie would have to move to Chicago and then there'd be no show since it doesn't seem that Molly Ringwald is looking to join the show full time. And Luke Perry was at the upfronts last week which, of course, isn't 100% proof but I highly doubt he'd show up to promote a show he wasn't going to be part of beyond one or two episodes more.

It's kinda hella bullshit and all of the changes they're making, coupled with sticking the show on Friday nights means ABC doesn't expect it to last beyond one more season. Like, why bother? If the finale for this season was written as a potential SERIES finale let it die with people wanting more and then in a couple years do the trendy thing and bring it back again. You can't do that as well when you drive the thing into the ground.

The whole OUAT thing is almost as bad as the Sleepy Hollow clusterfuck. Almost. There's no avoiding the blatant racism with the latter. But why oh why would the showrunners think people would want to continue watching without almost half the cast?

I don't know if I'd call the SH thing 100% racism because it was the actress who asked to be written out, although the short shrift she'd gotten since season 2 was UNCALLED for. But I think that had more to do with the writers trying to force a romance into the show and since Crane and Abbie worked SO much better as best friends and partners they wanted to make Crane's stupid wife and love triangle and old son a thing. She was relegated to the background in favour to push forward a white man's (the WHITEST white man) romantic relationship but I think it was mostly an incredibly short-sighted move on the part of the writers.

I mourn for the awesomeness that was season 1 of that show. D:

I haven't heard if Beharie has been involved in any shows for the coming season but I hope she pops up again soon! It looks like she only has one thing upcoming after SH thus far. :\

I KNOW, RIGHT?! And how Bobby and Randy were going to get along since the finale set up a business conflict between them. I always wanted both Max and Caroline's mothers to be introduced to the show since Max's was only ever referred to in mostly derogatory ways and Caroline's was shipped off when she was so young. Caroline's relationship with her mother would have been AWESOME because I'm sure when she was forced out of their lives she went on to land another rich husband somewhere away from NYC society and could have given Caroline a lifestyle again once her dad went tits up.

Generally speaking, do you recommend Riverdale? I haven't watched any of it yet, but may binge watch it when I get the chance, especially as some of this year's shows that I've been following come to an end.

It's a mix of weird characters and a gripping mystery. It's a great marathon for something when you don't want to feel like you need above-average intelligence to follow the twists and turns but it's also fun and won't make your brains dribble out your ears.

Some moments will be irritating but there's a lot of layers and it gets dark. I'd say go for it.

OUAT should've just been cancelled. And quite honestly I thought that before the cast shakeups, but feel that way even more so now.

I hope they don't kill off Fred!! D: I don't see how they could and still have Archie in Riverdale, though, with his mom gone. They already have one main character without a parent to raise them, so I can't really see that happening again so quickly. But who knows?

I think the show could've survived Jennifer Morrison leaving, but now it's too many characters leaving. Some they got rid of, like Belle and Zelena, who wanted to stay. I don't really understand that, you'd think they'd keep whoever they could. I just saw that ABC scheduled it for Fridays which basically insures it won't make it past season 7.

I hope they make Kevin less dumb. Like, the character was written as if he just stepped out of Pleasantville or something. I know that's the case for some of the lines for all of the characters but I feel like he should have permanent birds flying around his head.
